KBSU Shares Knowledge With Cadets

As part of the celebration of the International Book Donation Day (February 14), the Scientific Library of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov and the Publishing House of Mary and Viktor Kotlyarovykh held charity events in the cadet boarding schools of the republic.

The gift set includes scientific literature, textbooks, encyclopedias, fiction and books in national languages. This gift was received by the library of the cadet school «Cadet boarding school №1» sec. Atazhukino, State educational institution «Cadet boarding school №2» p. Babugent and the cadet school «Cadet Boarding School № 3» of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Affairs of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, located in the city of Terek.

Larissa Khamurzova, deputy director of the KBSU library for organizational and methodological work, Zarema Bagova, deputy director of the library for work with foreign students, and Maria Kotlyarova, deputy chairman of the Commission on Youth Policy, Sports and Patriotic Education of the KBR Public Chamber, handed over books to cadets.

“It’s known that in order to become a real defender of the Motherland, you need to know a lot and be able to do it,” Larisa Khamurzova addressed the Cadets. “Warriors, and especially future officers, have always been distinguished by dexterity, wit, wit, and courage. From childhood it is necessary to cultivate such qualities as the ability to make friends, keep your word, be bold, courageous. This can teach smart books. You have to read a lot to take this knowledge. The library staff of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University presents you books as a gift with the hope that you will take all the best from these books. ”
In response, the cadets thanked the university administration and the library administration for the desired gift, and the students of the boarding school No. 2 in Babugent held a parade.
