KBSU: promoting employment in the KBR and Krasnodar Territory
To get new knowledge, improve qualifications at the expense of the state — such an opportunity is provided to Russians by the federal project «Promotion of employment» of the national project «Demography».
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Labor and Employment (Rostrud) are the organizers of the Federal Project «Promotion of Employment» for the period until 2024.
Educational programs for vocational training, additional vocational education for the acquisition or development of existing knowledge, competencies and skills that ensure competitiveness and professional mobility in the labor market differ in the regions. They are focused on the local labor market, which will allow job seekers to find work or start their own business faster.
According to the Ministry of Labor, more than 50 thousand Russians have signed up for retraining programs, 20 thousand citizens are already studying.
“Our university presented for the competitive selection 31 programs of additional professional education in such areas as medicine, pedagogy, tourism and hotel business, management, accounting and others,” said the head of the department for support of NTI projects and public events at KBSU, assistant to the rector Tanzilya Makhieva. — All programs have passed peer review. 20 of them (72 academic hours each) have already been posted on the Work in Russia portal; it is planned to post 11 more programs (144 hours each) on this federal information resource. »
Currently, training groups have been formed from among the residents of Kabardino-Balkaria.
Successful work on the implementation of federal projects and the dynamic development of the DPO system allowed the university to receive from the federal operator a special allocated quota for training 1,769 residents of the Krasnodar Territory.
Coordination of the activities of three universities working on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory under the federal project «Promotion of Employment» — Kuban State University, Sochi State University and Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov, — carried out by the federal operator — Tomsk State University.»
Within the framework of the project, activities will be implemented to facilitate the employment of citizens.
Project participants can be:
— citizens of pre-retirement age;
— Citizens aged 50 and over;
— Citizens looking for work and applying to the employment services, including the unemployed;
— women who are on parental leave to care for a child under the age of 3;
— women who are not in labor relations and have children of preschool age.
On the KBSU website, a special section «Federal project» Promotion of employment «has been created, where information materials of the project, a list of educational programs implemented within its framework and contact details of responsible persons are posted.
