KBSU medical volunteers received an award at the International Forum «#WEARETOGETHER»
At the International Forum of Civil Participation «#WEARETOGETHER-2024», a team of medical volunteers from Kabardino-Balkaria, most of which were students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh. M. Berbekov, was awarded a diploma for 2nd place in the competition «Best Regional Branch — 2024» among regions with a population of 700 thousand to 1.2 million people.
This success is not accidental. In 2024, medical volunteers from the KBR did a tremendous job: helping patients, they spent many hours in medical institutions of the republic, donated blood.
As part of the special project «#DobroVSelo», they went to villages with charitable assistance. They held a lot of master classes on providing first aid.
The movement is expanding, its ranks are being replenished with new volunteers.
As the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko emphasized, medical volunteers are a powerful force that unites more than 180 thousand people across the country.
The Chairperson of the All-Russian public movement «Medical Volunteers» Anna Babkina addressed the volunteers with words of gratitude.
We did it,
— she summed up the work for 2024.
