KBSU management took part in the forum on best practices of innovation management in the university

Acting rector of Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov Yuri Altudov and director of the Institute of Law, Economics and Finance Elena Mashukova took part in the work of the II forum of the consortium «Innovation Jurisprudence», dedicated to the topic «Innovation Management in Universities: Best Practices».

A large meeting of representatives of the largest public and private corporations and companies — JSC «Russian Post», PJSC «Transneft», state corporation «Rosatom», PJSC «Sberbank», LLC «Yandex», LLC «Headhunter», LLC «Gazpromneft», as well as heads of universities, partners of law firms and experts in the field of jurisprudence was held in Moscow as part of the strategic academic leadership program «Priority 2030». Its mission was to create a platform for exchanging knowledge, experience and ideas in the field of change management, defining the main vectors of cooperation, and developing joint products.

As Andrey Keller, acting director of the Federal State Autonomous Institution «SOCIOCENTER», noted, innovative management in universities and business implies the adaptation of higher education institutions to the market economy, improving their activities and transforming the educational, scientific and research spheres. This contributes to the creation of new human resources, the development of a national and regional innovation system, the effective use of intellectual resources and the training of highly qualified personnel.

Our presence at the forum was useful in terms of exchanging experience, gaining new knowledge, which was facilitated by an extensive educational program that included strategic sessions, business dialogues, round tables, etc. We took an active part in the discussion of the issues of transformation of the legal profession, project management in the university, consolidated cooperation as a driver for the implementation of innovative projects, successful practices for commercialization of scientific research results, effective strategies for developing the university’s human resources potential and creating a digital ecosystem for the university,
