KBSU in 10% of the best universities in the world
According to the Global Aggregate Ranking, published annually by the Guild of Experts in the Field of Vocational Education, Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov entered the group of universities that make up the top 10% of universities in the world (there are 2,500 participants in the group, of which 86 are Russian universities). The Global Aggregate Ranking 2022 includes 3,382 universities from 124 countries, including 128 best universities in Russia. The Global Aggregate Ranking is a classification of higher education institutions ranked according to the indicators of 13 rankings and one public database — DEQAR, a database of external quality assurance reports maintained by the European Higher Education Quality Assurance Register (EQAR). DEQAR expands access to quality assurance reports and decisions for higher education institutions that have been externally reviewed for ESG by an agency registered with EQAR.
The source of information used for aggregation is the open data of the most popular rankings: THE — Times Higher Education World University Rankings, QS World University Rankings, ARWU — Academic Ranking of World Universities, Moscow International Ranking «Three University Missions», Round University Ranking (RUR ) is a global ranking of higher education institutions, SCImago Institutions Rankings is a global ranking of scientific institutions, etc. The used MetaLig method (League Analysis Method) allows you to combine different ranking results used in authoritative world rankings and estimates, regardless of significant differences in the methods of their calculation and indicators.
