KBSU improves the efficiency of its own software products
In 2022, Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov celebrated his 90th birthday. Entering its next decade, the university is actively developing, implementing new projects, actively working within the framework of the Priority 2030 program. One of the important activities of the university has been and remains the introduction of new digital technologies.
Commenting on this work, acting. Vadim Lesev, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, noted:
«Today, the University is striving to improve the efficiency of its own software products and is doing a lot of work to update the digital platform. For more than a decade, the university has been using its own DEV program, which allows you to keep personnel records, calculate the workload of teachers and record the progress of students by level of higher education. Since this academic year, in addition to updating these modules, we have introduced: an electronic journal for students on SVE programs, a module for generating templates for printing diplomas and applications, significantly updated the ability to account for the movement of a contingent of students, automated the process of accounting for issued passes for ACS. Service users exchange quick messages, receive answers to frequently asked questions. Currently, the module responsible for the formation of the schedule of training sessions is being tested».
Also, the university is working in the field of open data, contributing to the transparency of the work of KBSU and the availability of information for public control.
