KBSU improved its positions in the ranking of «100 best universities in Russia» according to RAEX

On June 7, 2023, the XI annual forum of leading universities «The Future of Higher Education» started in Moscow.

Rector of KBSU Yuri Altudov, vice-rector for research Svetlana Hashirova, head of the Center for Monitoring and Rating Research Vitaly Kvashin took part in the forum.

The RAEX agency (RAEX-Analytics) compiled the XII annual rating of the best universities in Russia RAEX-100, which is part of the Three University Missions family of ratings. In preparation, statistical indicators were used, as well as the results of surveys of over 120 thousand respondents, representatives of academic and scientific circles, students and graduates, and employers.

The top-100 includes universities from 29 regions of Russia. Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov improved her positions by 2 points in comparison with the results of the previous rating, taking 93rd place.

Section 2 will start the work at 15:30 — «The Role of Universities in the Sustainable Development of Regions» will begin its work, moderated by the Deputy General Director of the RAEX rating agency (RAEKS-Analytics) Dmitry Kabalinsky.

The following questions were proposed for discussion: “Universities and sustainable development: priorities and tools for implementation”, “What social responsibility are universities ready to take on”, “Management training: “patching holes” or a sustainable system?”, “Influence of universities on the environmental agenda”: Facts and Trends. Among the speakers, acting rector of KBSU Yuri Altudov, who will make a presentation on the topic “Universities and sustainable development: priorities and implementation tools on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov.
