“The movement that organized this monstrous act is called the school shooter is an extremist movement in which every year more and more young people under 16 years old are involved. As part of the work to prevent extremism and terrorism, we take preventive measures, we communicate with students with the involvement of university psychologists.
All the measures specified in the Government Decree of May 14th, 2021 on the security of facilities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education have been completed. To date, the entire perimeter of the university campus is closed with a fence that meets regulatory requirements, we have an access control system with face recognition.
Therefore, at this stage, the penetration of people who do not have labor relations and do not study at the university is practically reduced to zero.
Until October 31st, absolutely all students, employees and heads of relevant departments, structural educational units will be instructed on actions and algorithms in case of a threat of committing or committing a terrorist act on the territory of the university,” — Ahmed Autlov said.
