KBSU employees took part in developing solutions to personnel challenges in the military-industrial complex

A design and analytical session of career centers of universities in the Volga Federal District “Career Transformation” was held in Kazan. The event brought together more than 130 participants from 65 universities from various federal districts of Russia.

At the session, representatives of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov — Ratmir Kotsev, head of the career development department, and Murat Kaytsukov, head of the employment monitoring department of the URC, made reports.

The event was organized with the support of Kazan Federal University, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Expert Career Center under the Ministry of Education and Science and PJSC Ak Bars Bank. During the plenary session of the first day of the session, experts discussed current problems of personnel policy in the military-industrial sector, highlighting the importance of attracting young specialists to defense industry enterprises and their successful adaptation.

The moderator of the session, General Director of the Facultyus platform and Deputy Director of the Expert Career Center of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Sergei Vischipanov, emphasized that after a series of meetings with the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, it was instructed to begin modernizing HR processes at enterprises of the military-industrial complex.

The second day of the session was devoted to teamwork, during which representatives of university career centers developed innovative solutions and products aimed at developing and retaining young professionals in the industry. Working on the “Recruitment and Hiring” track, KBSU employees presented one of seven application solutions aimed at modernizing the system of personnel selection and training of specialists.

The developed strategies and solutions will be presented to interested structures for subsequent work on modernizing HR processes at enterprises of the military-industrial complex with the active participation of young specialists.
