KBSU employees participated in the exhibition-forum “Russia”
At the exhibition-forum “Russia” in Moscow, the work of the exposition of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic continues.
Let us remind you that on December 9, VDNH hosted the Day of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, within the framework of which teachers of the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Industry of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov Leila Baysultanova and Elena Anishchenko took part in various educational cases dedicated to the development of tourism in the KBR.
Thus, one of the results of the round table “On the Paths of Kabardino-Balkaria: Hiking is Back in Trend” with the participation of the President of the National Union of the Hospitality Industry Alexei Volkov, the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Murat Shogentsukov, the State Duma Deputy of the Russian Federation Victoria Rodina, the Director of the Marketing Department of JSC Caucasus. RF» Evgeniy Krapchatov, executive director of the tour operator company «Global Caucasus» Kantemir Davydov, an agreement was reached on cooperation between the specialized areas of study («Tourism» and «Hospitality») of KBSU and the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia named after P. Lumumba.

Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, 2000 Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Murat Kardanov shared his success story in the Olympic sport.
Director of the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity of the Ministry of Education of the KBR, Candidate of Economic Sciences, member of the Russian Geographical Society Aksana Karasheva presented the tourism potential of the KBR with the program “Discovering Russia: A Journey to Kabardino-Balkaria”.
Senior lecturer at the Institute of Management, Tourism and Hospitality Industry of KBSU Elena Anishchenko presented the historical and cultural potential of the republic from the point of view of local gastronomic practices: traditions and features of self-awareness, prospects for sustainable development of tourism within the framework of tourist destinations of Kabardino-Balkaria, promotion of a positive image of the territory through the development of gastronomic diplomacy and popularization of gastronomic culture and the gastronomic cultural code of the peoples of the KBR.
Honored guests of the educational marathon “Knowledge. Lecture» were the Minister of Education of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Anzor Ezaov, Deputy Director of the Federal Institute of Native Languages of the Peoples of the Russian Federation Marina Mizova, Head of the educational program «Tourism» of IMTiIG KBSU Leila Baysultanova, Head of the tour operator company «Global Caucasus» Kantemir Davydov and a representative of the TravelLine platform (united systems for hotel enterprises) Fedor Timokhov.
Concluding the educational marathon, representatives of the Russian Society “Knowledge” noted the unique form of presenting information, as well as the high level of teamwork of the delegation of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
As part of the exhibition-forum “Russia” at VDNH, Days of Regions are held: lectures, master classes and presentations on the achievements of each subject of the country in industry, science, culture, education, sustainable development and entrepreneurship.
In parallel with the Region Day at VDNH, week-long marathons of lectures by the Knowledge Society are being launched directly in the region itself as part of the “Achievements of Russia” campaign. The lecturers are representatives of state and public organizations, cultural and sports figures, and university teaching staff. A separate block of speeches is devoted to the goals of the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”.
KBSU employees Alina Ashkhotova, Islam Unachev Kristina Lopatina, Rakhima Malkarova took part in the All-Russian educational campaign “Achievements of Russia”, giving lectures on the main achievements of Russia in the 21st century to students of educational institutions of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. The action is being implemented by the Russian Society “Knowledge” in the track “Knowledge.Lecture”.
It should be noted that the Knowledge Society is the general partner of the educational program of the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”.
