Be able to protect your rights
“I believe that the educational courses of the federal project“ Personnel for the Digital Economy ”will bring great benefits not only to authors of technical inventions, scientific discoveries, works of art, intellectual property rights holders, but also to other people engaged in various fields of activity, since we are all now we live in a digital world, — one of the project participants, the chairman of the Council of Women Nalchik Lidia Digesheva. — The head of a socially-oriented non-profit organization has to communicate with a large number of people every day, quickly resolve many issues, therefore, due to the large employment, it is not possible to pay due attention to this topic.
The well-structured educational course of the federal project made it possible to concentrate on considering important aspects for us using our own and using third-party materials that are intellectual property or means of individualization of non-profit organizations. These include the emblem of a non-profit organization used in posting information on websites, designing printed materials and promotional products, various images, phonograms, video recordings, fragments of radio and television broadcasts …
In the XXI century, in the digital space and, responding to new challenges of the time, having new technical and technological capabilities, we must be able to protect our intellectual rights.
I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the Department for Supporting Projects of NTI and Public Events (Boiling Point of KBSU) together with employees of other departments of the university who invited public servants, school teachers, university teachers, leaders of public organizations and other residents of the region who showed interest in the proposed topics and all the organizers of the educational course for the offer to participate in the program implemented on the Leader-ID digital platform, which helps us improve knowledge and competencies. ”
