KBSU athletes are winners of the Open Championship and the KBR Indoor Archery Championship

Students and staff of Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov took part in the Open Championship and the KBR Championship in indoor archery.

More than 70 participants from different regions of the South of Russia (KBR, Stavropol Territory, Krasnodar Territory, Volgograd, Rostov Region) competed for the title of the most accurate archer. Along with healthy athletes, there were children with disabilities, students of the State Institution of Educational Institution «Sports-Adaptive School» of the Ministry of Sports of the KBR.

KBSU was represented in the championship by senior lecturer at the Institute of Management, Tourism and Hospitality Industry of KBSU Natalya Kulyushina, students Yana Kulyushina (IPPiFSO), Inal Gurizhev (Medical Academy), Akhmed Kishev (IE&R, with disabilities).

Based on the results of the competition, KBSU shooters showed a high level of training. “Gold” was won by Yana Kulyushina and Natalya Kulyushina.

Inal Gurizhev became the silver medalist, Akhmed Kishev won bronze.

Pupils of the sports-adaptive school performed equally in their subgroups and classifications and brought the highest awards to the KBR team. So, Akhmed Kishev took first place.

The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Sports of the KBR, the State Institution of Educational Institution «Sports Adaptive School», the KBROO «Archery Federation».
