Thus, Zulfiya Akhmatova, undergraduate of the direction of training «Hotel Business», said that she got a job in a sanatorium after a month’s internship. I am very interested in the work. The duties of the administrator include the reception and accommodation of guests, assistance in filling out the necessary documents by vacationers, monitoring the quality of the preparation of rooms for receiving new guests, monitoring the situation with the delivery of rooms, their settling and booking, tracking the timeliness and completeness of payment by guests for the services of the sanatorium, etc.», — the girl shared.
She also noted that one should start working in the hospitality industry from ordinary positions in order to better understand the structure and work in general and subsequently to advance in the service. A classmate of Zulfiya Akhmatova, Fatima Gendugova, also works at the Narzan Valley sanatorium as an administrator and speaks of him like this: This is a place where guests can appreciate the quality service and health procedures provided by highly qualified specialists. Vacationers can truly enjoy their stay with us. In turn, we try to do everything to make each guest feel special.
