KBSU and the Nepalese Tribhuvan University signed a cooperation agreement
During a visit to the oldest and largest state university in Nepal, the leading researcher of the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov, Doctor of Economics, Professor Andzor Dikinov as special representative Rector of KBSU and Vice President of the International Academic Accreditation and Attestation Committee and Rector of Tribhuvan University Professor Shiva Lal Bhusal discussed the main areas of cooperation and interaction in priority blocks:
— development of friendly relations and support of bilateral academic contacts, including exchanges in the educational sphere, the possibility of studying under the program of «double» diplomas;
– participation in international academic programs;
– cooperation in the field of scientific and technical research and development of educational programs.
With the approval of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, we entered the largest university in Nepal — Tribhuvan, with which we entered into a basic agreement, which considers the entire chain of education at KBSU, starting with the admission of applicants, and mainly in Russian. The agreement also provides for the possibility of studying under the double degree program, i.e. our graduate student, for example, can defend both at KBSU and at the University of Tribhuvan.
We agreed that language preparatory courses would be organized at the Russian House in Kathmandu within 2-3 months.The leadership of our university plans to invite a delegation from Kathmandu to KBSU so that they get acquainted with our entire infrastructure and see with their own eyes the educational departments of the university. They have an interest in all basic programs, areas of training implemented at KBSU,

As part of his stay in Kathmandu, Andzor Dikinov also met with employees of the Russian Embassy in Nepal and the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Kathmandu, Anton Maslov.
