Introductory testing for the ITV educational program «I’m a Programmer» was held at KBSU
August 23, 2022 on the basis of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov for the sixth time opened a set for the educational program «Yaprogrammer» of the company ITV. More than 200 people from among the students of general educational institutions and colleges of the republic took part in the testing. According to Elena Altuyeva, founder of the school, ITV Human Resources Director, the program «I’m a Programmer» was created in order to instill in young people an interest in programming as early as possible. Considering the current situation, the promotion of IT specialties is a priority for the development of the Russian economy, and such specialists are in great demand all over the world. Within an hour, it was necessary to solve five problems in logic and two in programming. Test participants, whose work will be the best, will be enrolled in free courses «I’m a Programmer». For 4 years, the guys will be engaged in Olympiad programming (Pascal), device programming (C + F), modeling of physical processes (Scratch), scripting and web programming (Python and Java Script). Successful graduates of the courses are waiting for an internship, and then employment at the ITV Group. Test results will be posted on the YaProgrammist website on August 30th. Selection tests for university students will be held on September 13. To participate in testing, registration is required in a special form on the ITV website. You can also see sample tests there.
