«Info-Relay Race — 2025»: KBSU has determined the best computer science experts in the republic

The republican intellectual tournament «Info-Relay Race — 2025» has ended at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov. Nine teams from schools and colleges of the KBR competed for the title of the best in the field of computer science and computer technology.

The tournament was held in the format of a relay race, where participants had to demonstrate not only individual knowledge, but also well-coordinated teamwork. The competition included five tests on various aspects of IT: «Victory Code» (history and number systems), «Wisdom Code» (philosophy of computer science), «All about computer science» (complex tests), «Drowlif» (cryptography) and «Sprint Hackathon» (development of software solutions). The speed of completing tasks affected the result, adding excitement to the fight for victory.

In the end, the team «Tuda-suda i net koda» from the 29th school of Nalchik won. The second place went to the team «Gigabytes» from the 14th gymnasium. The honorable third place was taken by the team «Petabayty» from the children’s academy of creativity «Solnechny Gorod». The winners were awarded cups and valuable prizes.

The «Info-relay — 2025» was organized by the staff of the Department of Computer Technologies and Information Security of the Institute of Electronics, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence of KBSU.
