Fuad Buranov, a teacher at Tyrnyauz Gymnasium No. 5, is widely known for his success in working with primary school children. He has developed a unique method for developing creativity based on a combination of traditional folk crafts and interactive learning formats. A distinctive feature of his approach is the use of outdoor classes, where students learn to interact with each other and with nature, developing communication skills and creative thinking. Diana Zhelokova, a teacher at Nalchik Gymnasium No. 29, has established herself as a highly qualified specialist, capable not only of effectively imparting knowledge but also of creating a supportive atmosphere for the comprehensive development of students.

A spirit of openness and trust permeates her lessons. Students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas freely. Diana actively uses game-based methods and innovative tasks, which facilitates better learning and helps children gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their feelings, and the world around them. She also created a volunteer movement at the gymnasium, where students not only gain valuable knowledge but also learn to help others, developing responsibility, responsiveness, and compassion.

During the master class, the teachers presented their best practices and approaches to students, demonstrating effective ways to organize the learning process and student motivation techniques. The use of multimedia technologies allowed for a clear demonstration of assessment methods, behavioral interventions, and the organization of extracurricular activities.

The event featured a vibrant atmosphere of interaction and demonstrations of audiovisual and interactive materials. The teachers shared secrets of effective lesson planning, revealed the intricacies of professional excellence, and invited the audience to participate in training sessions simulating real-life learning situations.

Olga Mikhaylenko, Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Physical Education and Sports at KBSU, noted that the valuable knowledge and practical advice from the finalists of the all-Russian competition will help future teachers better understand their professional calling and prepare for a successful career in education.
