Today Russia celebrates the Day of Secondary Vocational Education, established by decree of the president of the Russian Federation No. 496 of July 25, 2022. I heartily congratulate you on this holiday! Four colleges successfully operate within the university: medical, pedagogical, design college and college of information technologies and economics. We are proud of the success of students and graduates of these departments and are grateful for the professionalism of their leaders and teachers. For reference: On July 25, 2022, president of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing the Day of Secondary Vocational Education on October 2. According to the decree, the new holiday was established in order to develop and popularize secondary vocational education.
