Graduation of the whole country: KBSU at the All-Russian celebration in Moscow

The All-Russian student celebration «Your graduation» was held at the National Center «Russia» in Moscow. The large-scale event brought together the best graduates of universities from all over the country. Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov was represented by Alesya Shogenova, a graduate of the Institute of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Diana Ligidova, a graduate of the Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Diana Dzhurtubaeva, a graduate of the Social and Humanitarian Institute. They joined 600 participants from more than 80 regions of Russia, including foreign students, teachers and vice-rectors.

The main goal of the event was to honor the achievements of students, their contribution to the development of universities and the youth environment, as well as the creation of a community of graduates focused on the development of education, science and culture of the country. The celebration was held under the motto «Let’s stay in touch», symbolizing the continuity of generations and the strengthening of ties between graduates and universities.

Deputy minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Olga Petrova addressed the meeting participants with warm wishes: “The best graduates of Russian universities have gathered here. Bright, beautiful, caring, active guys, looking at whom we are proud and understand that everything we do, all the opportunities that have been created in Russia, will really be used for the benefit of the country and people. This day is filled with confidence and a feeling that everything is possible. Such an atmosphere inspires each student to take their step towards their dream. And we are always there to support!”

The graduation program included educational and cultural events. The meetings were held within the framework of the “Community”, “Creativity”, “Science”, “Sport”, “Media” and “Mentors” areas, where students had the opportunity to communicate with famous speakers, get valuable advice and learn about employment prospects after graduation.

The closing ceremony took place in the evening, culminating in the presentation of the art object «Russian Students in Faces» — a mosaic of photographs of graduates and their mentors with university symbols. The evening ended with a ceremonial awarding of the best students and a concert with the participation of university groups, as well as the famous performer, poet and composer Zhenya Trofimov and the «Room of Culture» group.

Upon returning from the All-Russian graduation, the members of the KBSU delegation shared their impressions.

Alesya Shogenova expressed delight: «So many emotions and incredibly beautiful places! It was a truly unforgettable evening, the memories of which will remain for a lifetime! The organizers created a fabulous holiday that exceeded all expectations, for which they are extremely grateful!».

Diana Dzhurtubaeva noted the symbolism of the event: «For me, this is not just a graduation, but the threshold of a new, exciting stage. It will remain in my memory as one of the most significant events of my student years!» Diana Ligidova shared: «The trip left vivid impressions, gave new acquaintances and memories. I am glad that we had the opportunity to become participants in such an important event as the All-Russian graduation!»

The event was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the presidential platform «Russia — the Country of Opportunities», the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), the All-Russian student project «Your Move» with the support of the Russian Society «Knowledge», the National Center «Russia» and the All-Russian public and state movement of children and youth «Movement of the First».
