Berbekov. Leading regional employers talked to graduates and expressed interest in training specialists.

Representatives of the key IT companies of the republic — Imperial, INNOVATIKA SYSTEMS and PAO Telemekhanika — unanimously emphasized the need to bring the university’s curricula closer to current market requirements. The main emphasis was placed on the importance of a practice-oriented approach.

The university’s industrial partners noted that they begin to look closely at promising students from the third year, during their industrial practice.

Considering that qualified IT specialists are in demand today more than ever, we will definitely not miss a creative young specialist. The plant’s management is trying to create all the conditions for a successful career for such valuable employees,

— emphasized Yulia Derevyankina, deputy general director for Development of PJSC Telemekhanika.

This year, the ERII Institute is preparing to graduate a record number of highly qualified specialists. The number of applicants for diplomas with honors is about 60 students. Among them are students who have already made a name for themselves not only in their studies, but also in science: Alan Shagirov, Alikhan Kochesokov, Marat Melgizin, Ramazan Balagov (Information Security) and Anastasia Remizova (Informatics and Computer Engineering).

These guys have repeatedly become winners and prize winners of prestigious IT competitions. They are already established programmers. Companies can offer them jobs right now without a doubt. I am sure that our graduates will not let us down, — noted the director of the Institute of Economics and Information Technologies Zamir Shomakhov.

The head of the KBSU career development department Ratmir Kotsev and the director of the career development center URC Kristina Lopatina told the meeting participants about the capabilities of the resource «Digital career environment of KBSU», which includes an extremely simple resume designer, a regularly updated database of vacancies from employers and information about courses that develop soft skills.

The organizers plan to expand the audience of future Career Days and actively invite schoolchildren of the republic to such events.
