«Futuroom» and «Factory of Success» will appear in KBSU
In St. Petersburg, at the closing ceremony of the Second All-Russian Youth Forum «Above the Roofs», the results of the grant competition for youth initiatives were announced. Among the few winners are employees of the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation Activity of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov.
The forum, organized by the Committee for Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations of St. Petersburg with the support of Rosmolodezh, brought together more than 2,200 active, talented and caring young people who want to change the world and their environment.
In total, 276 applications were submitted for the grant competition of Rosmolodezh, 221 projects were defended in the nominations: «Development of social lifts», «Youth media», «Sport», «Healthy lifestyle, tourism», «Volunteering», «Student initiatives», «Initiatives of creative youth «,» Patriotic education «,» Prevention of negative manifestations in the youth environment and interethnic interaction «,» Strengthening family values. » 40 projects from 19 constituent entities of the Russian Federation were recommended for grant support for a total amount of 26,636,000 rubles.
At the closing ceremony of the forum, Yulia Ablets, head of the Committee on youth policy and interaction with public organizations of St. Petersburg, noted:
“The main thing that we succeeded in our forum is you: the best participants of the best forum! You are simply unreal! I am sure that each of you is ABOVE THE ROOF, and most importantly, you can do even more! Believe in yourself, in those who are next to you, and every day do so that it becomes brighter around you, because this light is within you. Be bright, all of us and each other need you so much! »
For two days at the Above the Roof forum, young people from all over Russia attended educational lectures and discussions, master classes. Young people went in for sports, street dancing, attended exhibitions, concerts and performances.
The educational program of the forum included events on the most relevant topics for young people. Thus, Vyacheslav Fedorov, Development Director at E-moneynews — Electronic Money and Payment Systems, took part in the talk show “Working with Content to Create and Promote a Personal Brand on Social Networks”; ICF business coach Roman Kozlov; an expert in the field of media communications in the field of sustainable development, founder of the Media Workshop Marina Bogomyagkova. The speakers shared their successful cases of building a personal brand, as well as talked about their experience and the experience of their partners and colleagues.
From the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, two projects were presented, developed by young specialists of the Grants Department of the Department of Scientific Research and Innovation Activities of the KBSU Asiyat Temirkanova and Elina Bichkanova.
“The project“ School of Service and Hospitality “Factory of Success” is aimed at improving the professional competencies of tourism industry specialists, taking into account international standards and the real needs of the industry, as well as developing flexible skills of youth in the city of Nalchik, ”Asiyat Temirkanova told about her project. — The training program provides theoretical and practical classes, master classes and trainings for the development of soft skills with a total volume of 168 academic hours. In addition, 5 meetings with successful industry representatives are envisaged. Our research showed that there are no analogues to this project on the territory of the North Caucasus Federal District, and the interviewed service workers, as well as guests and residents of the republic helped to identify the main problems of the tourism industry and formulate the objectives and goals of the project. »

The successful implementation of the project assumes the dissemination of experience at the level of the North Caucasus Federal District with an expanded range of educational programs and target audience.
The implementation of the project “Coworking for young scientists“ FutuRoom by Elina Bichkanova will allow organizing interaction between research teams and scientists on the basis of the KBSU infrastructure.
“The coworking space FutuRoom will primarily be used by students and postgraduates who work on projects and scientific developments. The work will be coordinated by the Council of Young Scientists of KBSU in cooperation with the councils of young scientists from other educational institutions of the KBR. Such a coworking center assumes a convenient space for carrying out scientific research, developing soft skills, as well as business communication of successful, active and creative people. Such an active environment gives rise to new acquaintances, mutual assistance, new projects, and so on. In fact, our goal is to properly organize the space and working hours of the classrooms to prepare young people for scientific activities on the principle of coworking, this will increase the success of the target audience in all types of activities,” — said Elina Bichkanova.
The educational program of the «FutuRoom» project includes master classes, seminars and practical classes with a total duration of 268 acad. hours, 10 trainings to improve the soft skills of novice scientists, as well as intellectual games and meetings with successful scientists from the South of Russia. A visit to the center will be free for everyone.
The successful implementation of the project, the author believes, will increase the involvement of young people aged 17 to 30 in public life, will allow them to reveal and realize personal creative abilities, develop skills, and intensify scientific activity.
The girls successfully defended their projects, having received grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The start of implementation of the projects «Factory of Success» and «FutuRoom» is planned for this year.
