Foreign students of KBSU in the winter camp «Elbrus»

Foreign students of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov spent unforgettable days at the Elbrus winter student sports and recreation camp, which was held at the Elbrus Educational and Scientific Complex of the KBSU from February 6 to February 10, 2023.

The participants of the Elbrus camp, organized by the department for youth policy and educational work of the KBSU, 120 people, among whom were also activists of student trade union bureaus, councils, clubs and sports sections. A student of the Preparatory Department of the Higher School of International Education of the university Alkhas Ali Hasan, a 4th year student of the Faculty of Medicine Choudhary Vikash, a 3rd year student of the Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery Ed Daiki Anuar shared their impressions:

«I am from Syria, I came to Russia four months ago. This is my first trip to the KBSU base in the Elbrus region. During these four days I made new acquaintances, communication with students helped to improve my knowledge of the Russian language», — said Alkhas Ali Hassan.

The famous 4th year student of the medical faculty of KBSU from India Chowdhary Vikash:

«Since I am an activist and take part in many university and city events, I was awarded a ticket to the winter camp. Here we make trips to mineral springs and visit picturesque places, go skiing and snowboarding, play board and outdoor games in teams, and in the evenings we watch movies and sing karaoke».

Ed Daiki Anuar came from Morocco:

«The trip to the camp was a big event for me. In the clearing, Cheget got up on skis for the first time. I was delighted with the local landscapes: mountains, waterfalls and pine forest. It was especially pleasant to spend evenings in a warm company of like-minded people. At the parties we showed our talents, danced and sang. I want to express my gratitude to the organizers of the forum for the opportunity to express themselves, actively spend time and enjoy the national food of local residents».
