First-year students of KBSU were initiated into students

On September 27, a ceremony of initiation into students was held at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov. The holiday for first-year students was organized by activists of the department of youth policy and educational work of the university.

The solemn ceremony began with the traditional oath of allegiance to their native university. It was pronounced by first-year students of eleven institutes and four colleges of KBSU.

The guys promised to study conscientiously, respect and preserve the good traditions that have developed at the university, strictly observe discipline and order, respect teachers, always be a good example for young people, provide all possible assistance to their comrades. And also to give all the knowledge and strength received at KBSU for the benefit of the prosperity of their native republic and country!

Welcome to student life, dear first-year students! You have become full members of a large and friendly family, a part of a single whole – now you are students of Kabardino-Balkarian State University. Ahead of you is a difficult but exciting path. Let this time give you not only knowledge and skills, but also wonderful memories, true friends and a ticket to a wonderful future!

As a symbol of the start of the student segment in life, the first-year students were presented with a large-scale copy of the student card.

In honor of the new members of the large KBSU team, senior students prepared bright numbers. The audience will remember the performances of the winners of the All-Russian stage of the student spring in the nominations «Author’s song» and «Vocals» Magomed Chemaev and Leyla Dzhangurazova, the student ensemble «Kafa» and the new group «Dance Revolution», as well as the jokes of the KVN team «Men» of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies of KBSU.

The performers set a high bar, and now first-year students will be able to strive to meet them. Moreover, KBSU has created all the conditions for those wishing to demonstrate their abilities. Today, new students were told about the sites for talented youth, as well as competitions and projects implemented by the Department of Youth Policy and Educational Work, the student council and the student trade union committee.

And the evening traditionally ended with the performance of the KBSU anthem.
