Non-working and unvaccinated (including those who have a medical treatment) citizens aged 60 years and older, as well as persons of the specified age category, from the day of recovery of whom more than six months have passed after suffering a coronavirus infection, it is recommended to observe the self-isolation regime, that is, not to leave the place of residence (stay ), except in cases of extreme necessity. In the republic, 1430 beds have been deployed, and the provision of hospitals with oxygen has been organized.

As of October 20, 2021, there were 1,369 patients in five hospitals of the republic, 505 of them over the age of 65. There were 145 people in intensive care, 17 of them were connected to artificial lung ventilation devices. The population is being immunized in the KBR, almost 530 thousand people (80% of the population) are subject to vaccination.

About 144 thousand people have completed the full course of vaccination against coronavirus, 187 thousand citizens have been vaccinated with the first component.
