How to submit documents:

Come to the university admissions office in person. In this case, you will be given a receipt that the documents have been received by the committee.

Send the papers by regular mail.

Send the documents by e-mail to the university admissions committee.

Submit through the Unified State Services Portal. In this case, you do not need to duplicate the documents via the university e-mail.

How many universities and how many specialties can you submit documents to

Five universities and five programs in each is the maximum for applicants. These are 25 options. Priorities for the selected areas must be arranged in descending order.

Each applicant can track their position in the competition in real time on the website of the admissions committee.

Consent for enrollment:

This year, consent for enrollment has returned, but the requirement for an original certificate has disappeared. This is more convenient for applicants — no need to run around universities with a certificate.

KBSU educational programs:

KBSU has over 300 educational programs. Among the innovations is a specialist program in Mathematics. For the first time, budget places have been allocated for the Clinical Psychology program. The Pedagogical College is opening a specialty called Jurisprudence, after completing which you can enroll in a correspondence course at a law school.

Budget places at KBSU:

In 2025, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation allocated 1,619 budget places for higher education programs, and 461 budget places for secondary vocational education.

Unfortunately, this year there are no budget places for Architecture and Journalism.

About beneficiaries:

Even the most prestigious university can be admitted to a bachelor’s or specialist program without high Unified State Exam scores. There are two types of benefits:

– admission without entrance examinations;

– credit of 100 points for the school Unified State Exam or creative exam.

Both benefits are granted to prize winners and runners-up of various intellectual competitions, including international ones.

The most valuable Olympiad is the All-Russian School Olympiad, the winners and runners-up of which are automatically admitted to the university without exams.

The list of Olympiads that can be counted as 100 points on the Unified State Exam or creative exam, and sometimes admission without exams, is updated annually. There are 85 competitions in the current one.

Important! If an applicant has the right to enroll without exams and intends to take advantage of the benefit, then this can only be done at one university and in one program.

In addition, applicants who enter the university under quotas can count on preferential admission.

Participants and children of participants in a special military operation also have benefits when entering a university. Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov pays great attention to this category of people. A certain number of budget places are allocated specifically for them. They can be admitted based on the results of the Unified State Exam or an interview (testing) at the university.

Children with disabilities or disabilities can be admitted based on the university entrance exams, a certain percentage of budget places are also allocated for this category.

As for orphans, they also qualify for budget places as beneficiaries, but it is important that they pass the Unified State Exam.

About additional points for individual achievements upon admission to KBSU

At KBSU, 10 points are added to the results of the Unified State Exam for having a gold or silver medal, as well as a certificate with honors. 10 points are also added for winning the Abilympics competition.

Holders of a volunteer book will receive from 1 to 3 points.
