Director of the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Tomsk State University Svetlana Veledinskaya gave a lecture at KBSU
Director of the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Tomsk State University Svetlana Veledinskaya gave a lecture at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov entitled “Specifics of Designing and Implementing Programs in Federal Projects”.
TSU is the federal operator of the “Employment Assistance” program.
KBSU collaborated with Tomsk State University some time ago within the framework of the implementation of the federal project “Employment Assistance” of the national project “Demography”.
Before giving the lecture, Veledinskaya and her colleagues visited the innovative scientific and educational center “Mechatronics and Robotics”, the Center for Advanced Materials and Additive Technologies. The guests stayed the longest in the Situation Center, where dispatchers monitor everything that is happening at the university using 520 IP cameras.
As noted by the Vice-Rector of KBSU for Promising Projects, Director of the Department for Support of NTI Projects and Continuous Education Tanzilya Makhieva, the universities do not lose touch. Although they no longer cooperate within the framework of the employment promotion project, the Director of the Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of Tomsk State University Svetlana Veledinskaya willingly responded to the offer to give a lecture at KBSU and share her wealth of experience.
At the lecture, she spoke about the advantages of the additional professional education program and typical mistakes made during its implementation, and also shared secrets for promoting the project. A significant advantage of the program is its wide coverage of the population. Anyone can take the training, without age context. At first, these were people in the 50+ age category, then mothers on maternity leave, mothers of preschoolers and citizens looking for work.
Among the programs developed by TSU, many are relevant for residents not only of Kabardino-Balkaria, but also of the entire North Caucasus Federal District. For example, retraining can be done in the areas of IT technologies, information security, culture and sports, analytics and media, psychology, teaching methods in modern realities, as well as teaching Russian to foreigners. There are also three programs in librarianship on the list.
Deputy рead of the TSU Scientific and Educational Center «Third Mission of the University» Olga Paripko is not the first time at «Boiling Point». She is surprised by the success of KBSU in this project.
This year, Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov was included in the number of higher educational institutions of the country, on the basis of which the activities of the federal project «Employment Assistance» of the national project «Demography» are being implemented.
The university trained 1,200 residents of the Krasnodar Territory and Kabardino-Balkaria under the programs «Pedagogical and Information Technologies». Residents of the regions who applied to the employment service in search of work or registered as unemployed, people aged 50 and older, as well as working women on maternity leave for a child under 3 years of age, and unemployed mothers with preschool children were able to master new professions or improve their qualifications for free.
Applications are submitted on the portal «Work in Russia». Training is organized through federal operators. It lasts from 1 to 3 months in full-time, part-time and distance learning, and distance technologies can be used. After passing the final certification, students receive qualification documents.
Educational programs are adapted to the needs of the labor market so that people who have received additional education can find a job. After completing the courses, assistance in finding a job is provided,
— emphasizes Tanzilya Makhieva.
