Competition for grants of the President of the Russian Federation for young scientists

The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, together with the Council for Grants of the President of the Russian Federation for State Support of Young Russian Scientists and State Support for Leading Scientific Schools of the Russian Federation, announces competitions for grants from the President of the Russian Federation for state support of young scientists — candidates of sciences and doctors of sciences for 2021-2022. Application for participation can be submitted until October 13.

Competitions are held for state support:
scientific research under the guidance of young (up to 35 years old) Russian scientists — candidates of sciences. Accepted are works related to the development of topics for candidate dissertations, which are distinguished by significant scientific novelty, testifying to the noticeable contribution of young scientists to the development of science and technology and their creative talent, as well as related to the preparation of doctoral dissertations;
scientific research under the guidance of young (up to 40 years old) Russian scientists — doctors of science. Works related to the development of topics for doctoral dissertations can be submitted to the competition.
Applications are accepted in the following areas:
• Natural Sciences;
Mathematics and Mechanics,
Physical sciences,
Chemical Sciences,
Biological Sciences,
Earth and Environmental Sciences,
Computer Science and Informatics.
• Social and Human Sciences;
• Medical sciences;
• Technical science;
• Agricultural sciences;
• Space sciences.

Applications will be accepted electronically, registration of a grant applicant on the Council’s website and filling in interactive forms are required.
