Changes have been made to the regulations on the KBSU campus
Amendments to the regulation on the campus of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov, introduced at the end of September 2021.
Now the dormitories of students, graduate students, students of the preparatory department and other persons are moved into the hostels by the heads of the hostels in accordance with the Agreements on Mutual Responsibility of the Parties (for students at KBSU) and the Agreements for the lease of living quarters in the KBSU dormitory (for KBSU employees and nonresident students traveling across Russia during the holidays), concluded by settling in with the administration of the Campus in the person of the Director of the Campus.
Agreements on the mutual responsibility of the parties are concluded on the basis of applications of students with a recommendation visa of the dean / director of the institute (deputy dean / director of the institute) and the seal of the dean’s office / directorate of the institute, and the contract for the lease of living quarters in a dormitory of KBSU — on the basis of applications from employees of KBSU or nonresident students, traveling in Russia during the holidays with a permit visa of the vice-rector for educational work and social issues.
Out of turn seats are provided:
— orphans and persons left without parental care, as well as persons equated to them; disabled people of I, II groups, disabled children and disabled from childhood;
— to other categories of students who have the right to extraordinary provision of living quarters in a hostel in accordance with the law (part 5 of article 39 of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation»);
— enrolled on a budgetary basis;
— enrolled on a commercial basis, subject to availability.
The organization of the registration regime in student dormitories is carried out by the passport officers of the campus (hostels).
Accommodation of residents is carried out in compliance with the established sanitary standards and in accordance with this Regulation.
Places (living rooms) in hostels are assigned to residents for the period specified in the contracts.
Applicants (for the period of passing entrance exams), as well as correspondence students (for the period of passing examination and installation sessions, state exams, defense of diploma projects) can be accommodated in a student hostel with payment, on the conditions established by KBSU in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation …
Relocation of residents from one hostel to another is carried out by the decision of the director of the Campus, foreign students by the decision of the dean of the faculty for working with foreign students on the basis of their written applications or by the joint decision of the director of the Campus and the Council of Student Self-Government in the hostels of KBSU.
Applicants who received an unsatisfactory mark in the entrance exams vacate a place in the hostel within three days from the date of the announcement of the exam results, who submitted an appeal — within three days after the appeal commission confirmed the correctness of the assessment, did not pass the competition to the educational institution within three days after publication of the enrollment order.
Upon expulsion from KBSU (including upon its termination), as well as after the termination of labor relations, residents vacate the hostel within the time period specified in the Agreement concluded with them.
Eviction from the hostel of persons who do not want to voluntarily vacate the occupied area is carried out in accordance with the «Housing Code of the Russian Federation».
Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to and. O. Vice-rector for educational work and social issues S.Z. Gekkiev.
