Championship Of Professional Workship «ABILIMPIX»

In Nalchik, at the Humanitarian Technical College of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Second regional championship of professional skill for people with disabilities «Abilimpix-2018» is held. Volunteers of KBSU took an active part in the organization of the competitions.

The competition is held in KBR for the second year in a row, as the organizers noted. In 2017, the first regional championship was held on seven competencies, this year they added three more.

«The championship is held in 3 categories — schoolchildren, students and specialists, more than 60 contestants and 50 experts on 10 competencies take part in it: Social Work, Network and System Administration, Masseur, Economics and Accounting, Repair and maintenance of cars, Dry construction and plastering works, Medical and social care, Tailor, Cook business, Robotics,” — said the agency’s interlocutor.

Acting Minister of Education, Science and Youth of KBR Aues Kymykov while opening the competition, noted the work of the organizers, saying that such events can not be organized by indifferent people.

«The Championship is an important event in the life of the republic’s professional education, we are glad that we are participating in such an important and necessary «olympiad of opportunities «. I think that last year the results of the championship showed a serious level of participants and the preparation of the championship, I think that this year the bar will be raised higher thanks to those organizations that have joined the championship. Competencies, participants, experts have become more, the movement «Abilimpix» is actively supported in our republic, and it’s very good,» — Kumykov stressed.

Within the framework of the business program of the Championship, 2 round tables were held, the guests of which were representatives of the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District. Themes of round tables: «Problems and prospects of employment and social integration of disability people at the regional level».

In the frames of the vocational guidance program, there were mainly pupils of correctional classes from all municipalities of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. An exhibition-fair of the products of SPO institutions and organizations of disabled people was organized. During the excursions to the competition grounds, the guests were accompanied by volunteer guides explaining the name, professional values ​​and competitive conditions of each competence.

It is pertinent to note that the volunteers of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University H.M. Berbekov took an active part in the organization and holding of the championship.

So the students of the Pedagogical College of Kabardino-Balkarian State University taught everyone who wants to do «smart crafts», master didactic games and put on puppet plays. Volunteers of the Medical Faculty and the Medical College taught the basics of providing first-aid and preventive medical care.

In general, their expositions were prepared by all the regional educational institutions — the championships of the championship «Abilimpix». Our volunteers help in the work of each of the 10 sites for professional competence.

In addition, high school students were tested with the use of mobile career guidance techniques of the Ministry of Labor of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic.
