At the KBSU base schoolchildren and college students passed the entrance test for the «I am a Programmer» course

Release date: 29.08.2024

The day before, about 200 schoolchildren and college students from Kabardino-Balkaria passed the entrance test for the «I am a Programmer» course at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov.

KBSU has been cooperating with the Nalchik office of the ITV ITV company, which is implementing this educational project, for 11 years. Many graduates of the university work in this company.

Training at «I am a Programmer» is free, takes 4 years and takes place 2 times a week, after the main student classes.

As noted by the HR Director of the ITV company Elena Altueva, the guys receive basic knowledge for the entire IT industry, on the basis of which they easily master any specialty related to programming.

We teach only through practice — we constantly solve problems, come up with algorithms, and write code at every lesson. We develop the skill of searching for and implementing solutions for any non-standard problems, and we develop thinking. With such baggage, it is easy for the guys to be successful in their main studies at the university,

— Altuyeva believes.

And on September 17, KBSU students are already invited to the entrance testing for the «I am a Programmer» courses. It does not matter what their main specialty is at the university.
