As part of interuniversity cooperation, KBSU and HSE held a webinar on the partnership between parents and teachers

Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov (KBSU) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) held a joint webinar on a relevant topic: «Parent — Teacher’s Partner». The event was held as part of the double diploma program «Pedagogical Education and Human Development».

The webinar was moderated by Olga Mikhailenko, Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, Psychology and Physical Education and Sports Education (IPPiFSO) of KBSU. The experts discussed specific strategies and techniques for increasing the effectiveness of interaction between the school and the family.

Motivation to study: What methods help maintain a child’s interest in knowledge and develop independence?

Support in difficulties: How can parents become a reliable support for children in the educational process?

Adaptation to EdTech: How are modern technologies changing the role of parents and what strategies help them stay informed?

“Our goal is not just to transfer knowledge, but to create a real partnership between parents and teachers,” Olga Mikhaylenko emphasized. “Only together can we create a favorable environment for the comprehensive development of the child.”
